Benihana at the LVH Hotel, Las Vegas
Indulge in a feast for the senses at the world-famous Benihana in Las Vegas, the first name in exhibition-style, Japanese cuisine. An extravagant alternative to other Las Vegas restaurants, Benihana boasts hibachi tables, where a full-range of unique and traditional dishes are prepared to order nightly by masterful chefs. Enjoy appetizers such as fresh sushi, sashimi, and tekka-maki and exceptional entrées such as hibachi chicken, teriyaki steak, and filet mignon.
For starters, I had the ‘calamari tempura’. I ordered an entree from their ‘Specialties’ entrees. My entree was ‘Hibachi Supreme’ – 8.5 ounces of the finest center cut tenderloin, served with a cold water lobster tail sauteed with butter and lemon. All of the selections come with Benihana onion soup, Benihana salad, shrimp appetizer, hibachi vegetables, homemade dipping sauces & steamed rice, Japanese hot green tea and Haagen-Dazs ice cream or sorbet. My phtographer had the ‘Land ‘n Sea’ – tender filet mignon and sea scallops grilled in butter and lemon.
Everything was cooked to perfection. It was amazing how you could actually eat this much food and walk away feeling satisfied. I had the best time and Nguyen certainly made us smile with some of the ‘food entertainment’ he provided to all around the table!
The LVH – Las Vegas Hotel & Casino Benihana surrounds guests with lush Japanese gardens, flowing ponds, exotic statuary, and an authentic Torri Arch. The fine restaurant also offers a variety of private dining rooms, which are appropriate for both family and corporate gatherings up to 100 guests!
