SeaCrest Oceanfront Hotel, Pismo Beach,California

From the beginning I made contact with Nicole Moore, Director of Sales and Marketing at the beautiful SeaCrest Oceanfront Hotel, I knew my stay there was going to be nothing but outstanding. The entire staff at SeaCrest is supremely professional, accomodating and very hospitable, which is a rarity now a days.

SeaCrest Oceanfront Hotel nestles itself on 5 acres of ocean front. There is direct beach access from the hotel, 158 beautifully appointed guestrooms and suites, a heated pool on the property with 3 outdoor hot tubs.

First of all, just walking through the entrance was grand; a stunning design. Then as I discovered the grounds,  tables with umbrella’s all around, and the most unique amenity was a rooftop terrace where the ambiance reminded me of a 5 star hotel I have been to, where the guests sit and converse on the trendy couches and chairs and then gaze at the amazing sunset, which there are many stunning sunsets in Pismo Beach. In fact, if you’re planning a wedding, this is a great venue.

My oceanfront room had a feel of the Bahama’s. It’s a bright, cheery room, a type of retro decor with white plantation shutters over the sliding door which leads you  to your private patio. The room had a large mini -refrigerator, microwave, large flatpanel HDTVs, complimentary bottled water and popcorn. Absolutely beautiful. Room service is provided by Marie Calendar’s which is adjacent to the property.

I took a picture from the patio of the strand at Pismo Beach. You can walk for miles down this beach and it never seems to be overcrowded. Pismo Beach is located  between Los Angeles and San Francisco. It’s a relatively short drive to a one of a kind destination.

I highly recommend SeaCrest Oceanfront and will be back to stay. Please visit their website at www.SeaCrestPismo.com or call (800) 782-8400 to make your hotel reservation.
